The CDA store staff behaves like customers are a nuisance. This has come up in 3 recent experiences. I went to the Hayden store a few months back. My stylist mentioned she had just finishing at the CDA location and she was laughing because the CDA staff were all mad because the store hours were increasing to serve customers (like me) that can't get there during daytime hours. Next, I got to the store the other day about 20 minutes before close. The was one other ahead of me and the Open sign was lit. In about a half second, I was told they were not taking anyone else. For context, I live 30 miles away and that meant making a special trip back. Today I made that trip. My stylist commented to a CO worker (sort if jokingly) that they should tell someone who walked in behind me that they weren't taking anyone. It was 1:00pm and the wait was 70 minutes and they were busy. Then for most of my haircut, she kept making comments that she wished people would stop coming in because she didn't like to be busy. I was pretty turned off by her attitude. The haircut was OK, but I was relieved to get out of the store, and it makes me contemplate going to the new Man Shop, or driving out of my way to Hayden. I hope you can get your staff to understand that when people drive in to the store and hand over their money, they want to be valued for giving them the business, treat them with kindness, and be welcoming if everyone who comes in (the more the better).
